The Department of Motor Vehicles and Highway Safety is moving its offices beginning on Friday, July 3rd.
As a result, MVRs will be unavailable during the move and set-up of new digital communication lines. This process may take several days.
You will still be able to bind risks without an MVR. MVR(s) will automatically be pulled on bound policies when the MVR system is restored. All premiums quoted are subject to change upon receipt of the verified MVR. |

Effective Immediately and until further notice, for new business risks, we are no longer accepting property with wind coverage.
We are in the process of evaluating out Underwriting Guidelines pertaining to proprty with wind coverage. We will honor our renewals, outstanding quotes and binders.
We are activetly seeking new business in commercial auto, artisans contrators, general liability and x-wind property.

 Commerical Auto Underwriting Changes

Underwriting Changes – Effective Immediately We have modified our underwriting guidelines pertaining to Commercial Automobile policies written to insureds in an “individual name”. Effective immediately, we will no longer write single vehicle policies that have only a light size / personal vehicles (sedans, pick-ups, vans, and SUV’s), unless there are companion policies for that insured. We will consider those types of vehicles only when written with other commercial vehicles or on a policy written in the name of a corporation.
Policies coming up for renewal with this criteria will be reviewed individually and based on loss experience a renewal notice or non-renewal notice will be mailed.
